I specialize in working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, depression, low self-esteem or have trouble setting boundaries. I enjoy working with those who have a history of trauma, as I have a great deal of experience and training in this area.

I’m trained in Brainspotting, which is an effective treatment for many issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and phobias.
