Experiencing conflict that seems to have no end feels exhausting. We all find ourselves in cycles of conflict at times - with friends, family, colleagues, or even within ourselves. I help folks move out of patterns of stuck-ness, hopelessness, and helplessness and into safer, more secure relationships (with self and others).
My approach to therapy is very in-the-moment and focused on emotion processing (i.e. more vulnerability and less homework - this tends to lead to deeper change). I focus on making my office a safe space for people of various identities and cultural and religious backgrounds.
Stuck relationships, a lack of self-compassion, and general mental health struggles can be so discouraging to wrestle with. I am currently accepting clients. I would be honored to hear your story so that together we can strengthen relational patterns that lead to peace and security.
