Meaningful Connections Parent Support Group
This group was created to give a supportive, educational space for parents to develop their own support network. It can be tough making friends as a parent, and it has been especially isolating during the COVID-19 pandemic. Each session we will learn CBT-based skills to help address symptoms of depression, anxiety and improve over-all stress management. This group will provide an opportunity to learn, ask questions and receive support from members of the group as well as the licensed therapist. Cost: $35/session. Pre-pay to receive your first session for FREE! Sessions are held virtually!
