I'm Jessica and I'm thrilled to welcome you to a safe, calming space where growth and individualized care take center stage. I work with children, teens, and adults, and am passionate about using both effective and creative therapy techniques to empower individuals and families on their unique journeys (yes, this sometimes even includes art, music, and body movement while in my therapy room!).
Each person's journey is unique, and my approach is tailored to meet you right where you are. I offer parent sessions to youth I work with and believe in collaborative care. I see the therapeutic relationship as a partnership, and I'm here to offer guidance, support, and a genuine connection as I work with clients and their loved ones.
My hope is to help you or your loved one develop the tools needed to thrive in a world that's often complex and demanding.
