I collaborate with clients to help them determine their own goals and identify ways that they can reach those goals.

My previous clients have regained their social life, faced their fears, and started engaging in meaningful activities they once avoided. I use traditional talk therapy techniques and Eye Movement Desensitization Therapy (EMDR). Techniques used are based on problems presented and client preference.
