I help individuals struggling with unhealed trauma and addiction reconnect to their bodies and resilience. My clients are interested in a holistic approach, deepening their spiritual connection, and reducing automatic survival responses to create more emotional regulation, sense of safety and connection.
I weave in trauma-focused modalities and spirituality into my therapeutic approach. I utilize EMDR and somatic techniques to reduce survival psychology relating to fight, flight, freeze or fawn. In slowing down the process, we can allow the body and mind to integrate the event. I also incorporate breathing exercises, mindfulness, and energetic principles.
