Do you desire a deeper connection with your partner, your family, or yourself? As a qualified mental health professional and clinical social worker, I work with individual adults and adolescents, as well as families and couples in need of support. My approach to therapy is warm, accepting, and empathetic, and involves working as a team with my clients to identify their strengths, overcome challenges, and improve their quality of life.
Many of my clients are experiencing issues related to anxiety, ADHD, depression, relational distress, and adjustment to life changes. I am a certified SYMBIS facilitator for premarital and marriage counseling and work with families and couples at all stages. I provide Christian counseling to those wanting to incorporate their faith into treatment.
