The journey of therapy is the journey of healing, as said by Tori Amos: “Healing takes courage, and we all have courage, even if we have to dig a little to find it.” I use the word “journey” because becoming our best and most healthy selves is a never-ending journey of constantly unfolding, experiencing moments in life, and attaching meaning to them, even in the most difficult times. Healing means taking the step of facing and "owning your stuff", accepting the things we cannot change, and being able to sit comfortably in the uncomfortable parts of our selves and our experiences.
I aim to create a therapeutic space that is as human as possible; I’m a strong believer that growth and change are fostered through a deep and trusting connection between client and clinician (a human connection). I will challenge your thoughts, beliefs, values, and perspectives and guide you in unpacking along your life journey.
