This group will help you to feel prepared and in control when facing painful emotions, overwhelming stress, and triggers that remind you of unhealed trauma. You will learn to regulate your nervous system and develop an improved ability to self-soothe, connect to your intuition, tolerate distress and support yourself through difficult situations. You will learn how to find safety in your body and develop the ability to relax and be in the moment. You may benefit from this group if you experience emotional flooding, reactivity, fear of being hurt or abandoned, lack trust in others, or difficulty in relationships.

This group serves as a lifeline when you are feeling isolated, overwhelmed, and heart broken from an intimate partner’s infidelity, addiction or chronic deceit. We will help you work through the crisis, shock, emotional roller coaster and grief of betrayal. You will gain an understanding of betrayal trauma and the healing journey, learn how to manage triggers, develop boundaries, and increase clarity, self-confidence, and self-trust. Men's Intimacy Recovery Group
For men overcoming chronic infidelity, sexual addiction, internet compulsivity and/or intimacy disorders who want to replace toxic behaviors with healthy coping, life balance, and authentic connection. This group provides a place for individuals to practice new behaviors, gather feedback, and learn how to give and receive empathy and support. It is a resource for accountability to establish and maintain recovery and to live with integrity. Modalities include psycho-education, group processing and experiential activities. This is a safe and supportive group. It has been found to increase hope and empathy and decrease denial, risk of relapse, and toxic shame.
