To do this, I use a client-centered approach, meaning I will use a variety of techniques and tailor services to meet your individual needs and style of learning.
I am excited to specialize in working with teens, young adults, and their families. I have over 10 years of experience working with teens and young adults in various settings. I am a Certified EMDR therapist. I also have extensive experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, infertility, life transition, and women's issues.
