Compassionate healing from the inside, out. I help adults navigate their conflicting thoughts, feelings/emotions, and reactions so they are better able to be fully present and focus on themselves and people that matter in their personal and professional lives. If you are feeling stuck, scared, or frustrated please reach out. I also, help couples learn communication skills so they can navigate frustrating/painful conversations with minimal arguing/conflict. I will teach you how to do this right in my office so you are equipped with tools you can apply at home.

I use a variety of modalities to help individuals. IFS has been a recent addition in my practice. I use a specific approach when working with couples called Imago Relationship Therapy. During these sessions, I will teach you how to communicate your dissatisfaction, feelings, and frustrations in a safe way so that your partner can truly hear you.
