My work as a therapist is to improve lives by energizing and empowering children, teenagers, and young adults to learn to love themselves and be the best they can be. I am dedicated to finding dynamic and creative ways to bring about inner healing while establishing a unique and genuine relationship with each client.
I have over a decade of education, training and experience treating a variety of mental health issues and I am particularly passionate about helping struggling families learn to communicate better and understand the dysfunctional dynamics that lead to conflict, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and addiction.
My clients range from age 3 to age 80. I strive for everyone to feel at home in my office, but I also like to get out of the office and work with my clients in their homes and communities to put the skills we are working on in therapy into action.
