I take an individualized approach and integrate treatments specific to your needs. I have expertise in anxiety related disorders, including Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors. Additionally, I provide trauma treatment through exposure and narrative based interventions. I enjoy creating positive therapeutic relationship, in addition to teaching skills to help support outside of session.
I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, trauma and behavior disorders in children, adolescents and young adults. I provide evidence-based treatments including Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Parent Management Training.
