I am a Certified EMDR therapist and Approved Consultant, with specialized training in childhood trauma, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Play Therapy.
I have experience working with adults, children, adolescents and families. Some common issues that I can help with are anxiety/worry, ADHD, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, bullying, oppositional and defiant behaviors, self-harming, trauma and abuse, grief and loss, eating disorders, addiction, and problems with life transitions

Teen DBT Skills Group
This group is designed to teach teens the skills to help manage anxiety, depression, anger and stress. The group is broken down into four modules: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness.
