We are not promised a life free of difficulties, but we also do not have to struggle through the journey alone. I believe in facilitating a collaborative dynamic in therapy to empower you, as clients, to find healing and solutions to issues.
Think of therapy as a workshop for you to develop skills and tools to better be able to manage/repair situations in the future, like a toolbox. Everyone’s experiences are unique, and no two situations are the same. My job is to help guide and equip you with tools to best approach these unique situations and how to use these tools in the future.
I believe therapy can provide space for individuals to come and explore their inner self, address relationship concerns/issues, work on communication patterns and dynamics, or even just developing new skills to manage circumstances in life.
