My therapy style is eclectic as I feel many therapeutic modalities work best together. I focus my foundation on emotional and behavioral awareness to facilitate change. I incorporate Yoga Therapy for a full mind/body experience. Many of my clients describe me as warm, real, engaging and humorous, because we need to be able to laugh along this journey.
