Hi, I’m Jessica! I work with children, teens, and young adults who are navigating ADHD, Autism, and trauma. As someone with personal experience with ADHD, I understand how overwhelming it can be to feel misunderstood or unsupported. I’ve seen firsthand how the right approach can make a world of difference, which is why I’m passionate about helping neurodiverse individuals build confidence and resilience. I also work closely with parents to provide the guidance and tools needed to better support their children.
In therapy, I take a collaborative approach that allows your child to feel safe, understood, and empowered. We’ll focus on developing practical strategies to help them manage emotions, build stronger relationships, and develop a positive sense of self. For trauma recovery, I use Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to support heeling.
