All the little things add up and sometimes it feels like you're drowning in petty things; creating stress, overwhelm, and panic. Other times it makes you want to shut down and shut everything out. Using my "Columbo" sleuthing skills to get to the clues in your life that taught you to cope using your current strategies we then work toward healing any wounds that crept in during those life experiences while I help you unlearn and relearn ways of thinking, processing, and communicating your heart, mind, and needs to yourself and others.
I am trained in EMDR and have been providing it to my clients since 2014. I'm also trained in EFT couples therapy and Hypnosis. What does this mean for my clients?
