Helping Women Heal- I specialize in women's issues, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. If you are having a difficult time managing the stress in your life, or struggling with anxiety, I'm here to help. In therapy, we will discuss coping strategies and skills that can help you live a more balanced and fulfilling life. I provide a supportive therapeutic environment where my clients increase confidence, and make positive changes in their lives. I use several evidence-based therapy models such as (CBT), and utilize traditional "talk therapy" to help you manage and decrease your symptoms.
I have 20 years of experience working in the field of mental health and am dedicated to a profession of helping others. I graduated from New York University with a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work (MSW) and have a Bachelor's Degree (BA) in Psychology. I have extensive training in psychotherapy, and am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).
