Asking for help is an act of courage and an important step in the process of healing. As a therapist that has worked with teens and young adults for years, I have witnessed the power of therapy at a critical time of development. At this age when we are trying to find ourselves, it can be very challenging to navigate emotions, relationships, and stressors of everyday life. This period of development can also be a rich time for self-discovery, excitement, and growth. I would love to collaborate with you or your loved one to connect with your innate wisdom and values to foster healing, identity development, and resilience.
I have worked with adolescents and their families in schools, residential treatment for eating disorders, partial hospitalization programs, community-based empowerment programs, and non-profits. I approach therapy from a strengths-based, expressive lens, empowering my clients to discover their own insights around their artistic and therapeutic journey.
As an art therapist, I know that something transformative happens when clients make art in my presence. I feel honored to connect with young people and their families in authenticity and creativity every day and can truly say this is my dream job!
