Deciding to connect with a new therapist can feel quite vulnerable—and whether you're new to therapy, or whether you've been on your journey for some time, I commend your courage and I'm so glad you're here. Perhaps you've been feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or maybe you hope to reconnect with yourself and those around you. Together, we can create a safe place to explore old wounds, inner processes, relationships, and lived experiences. Our work can foster a greater sense of peace, belonging, compassion, and understanding.
My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, authenticity, levity, and a belief in the innate strength of every individual. And while my practice is informed by a variety of modalities, my work often centers somatic practices, emotional attunement, relationships, and acknowledging the impacts of our early experiences.
It would be a privilege to walk along side and support you on your unique path of healing. At this time, I have limited virtual availability and a waitlist for in-person visits.
