I specialize with working with adults and adolescents (14+), who are experiencing distress from past traumatic experiences, difficult life transitions, and identity meaning making. I often work with clients who are hoping to find healing from traumatic experiences and exploration of faith through spiritual disciplines, expressive arts therapy techniques, somatic techniques, IFS, and inner-child work.
I am trained in a variety of different clinical approaches to therapy and will tailor elements to your unique goals and healing journey. In my work, I most often incorporate inner child work, humor, psychoeducation, Biblical scripture, and spiritual exploration to leave you feeling empowered, comforted, and yet still challenged for growth.
I am deeply relational in my approach to therapy. I seek for our session space to be one marked by safety and gentle challenges. I understand you're here to grow, but you're also here to be nourished and poured into. We will strike that balance of both. I want you to know: you don't have to do it alone.
