As a former division one collegiate athlete with training in sports psychology, I excel in working with athletes, artists, and professionals of all kinds with a high demanding life on issues such as: anxiety/stress, motivation, work-life balance, anger, life adjustments, and spirituality. I also work with couples to restore trust and improve communication.
