I take an individualized approach and try to create a safe space in which you can explore a range of topics in an effort to learn about yourself and make changes as you see helpful. No matter your goal, I will do my best to understand you and help you better understand yourself.
I am experienced in helping people struggling with anxiety, depression, anger problems, and interpersonal difficulties. I have particular specialty working with individuals in the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community (LGBT) and with people from various religious and cultural backgrounds. I have advanced training in working with college-aged individuals.
My office is conveniently located in North Chelsea, right near Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. I am pleased to offer evening and weekend appointments.
