I have been counseling for over 10 years and have worked with a wide variety of relational dynamics and personal issues. Let's explore your strengths, values, patterns of relating to yourself and others, what motivates you, what is going well in your life and what isn't, then equip you with practical tools for creating the positive and lasting change you desire.
I work with couples, individuals, families, teens and children 7+ to help you understand how thoughts, feelings and behaviors are interconnected, then digging deeper to discover where the negative messages you believe about yourself originated, empowering you to challenge them. In 6-12 sessions, most clients report noticing positive progress in their lives.
