I'm Jennifer Wallace, LPC-Associate, supervised by Dr. Shawna Munson. LPC-S, LMFT-S. I believe that each of us is unique, and each of us need to match with the right therapist to achieve the most healing. I also believe that each individual person is the expert of themselves and their needs. My ideal client is one who is ready to heal. Whether they need to develop skills, utilize resources or need trauma-related treatments, the ideal client would be willing to work toward their improved health. My goal is to help you heal and become your best self.
I offer primarily CBT, person-centered therapy and EMDR. Many of my clients have experienced a traumatic event and want to learn skills to overcome their past. I strive to provide a safe space to accomplish each person's goals and meet each client's needs.
