I utilize a person-centered approach, and integrate a combination of EMDR therapy, ego state therapy, guided imagery, clinical hypnosis, and mindfulness-based approaches to tailor treatment to your needs to help you manage and heal your psychological wounds. I offer both in-person and telehealth services for teens and adults.
