I use a science based integrated approach using EMDR, ART, emotion focused, dialectical behavioral therapy, and mindfulness techniques creating the space to work through past experiences that are holding you back from healing and happiness. As we do this, you will develop new ways to cope with life's challenges and reach your goals.
We are wired for connection, without it our health and wellbeing declines and often trauma makes it more difficult. Therapy is a great place to start rebuilding tools for connection individually or working as a couple to focus on strategies to regain that closeness and intimacy that has been fractured or lost and shifting harmful patterns of interaction.
