Puberty, pregnancy, and menopause are three times of vulnerability for women. Women experience a lot of symptoms during the menopausal transition (that lasts around 7 years) can make women more susceptible to anxiety and depression. Meanwhile, some women are raising children (or grandchildren), supporting aging parents, dealing with health issues and professional pressure. These experiences are rarely talked about. Men and younger people cannot fully relate. Doctors shrug their shoulders. Join up to 9 other women for a time of support, reflection, healing and empowerment in downtown Napa.

Adolescence dating is hard. Teens get a lot of wrong information from Tik Tok. Gift them good information in this small psychoeducational multi-session group for ages 14-18. LGBTQ+ affirming.
