My goal is to help you live your life in a way that integrates your identity and values, implement healthy coping skills, and face difficult emotions. I primarily work through cognitive behavioral, strengths-based, motivational, person-centered, and attachment lenses to provide support and build trust and connection through every step of the therapy process.

I have experience in supporting clients who are navigating substance use, anxiety, depression, and identity concerns. I have supported clients in establishing and maintaining long-term sobriety, reducing family conflict, and utilizing skills for anxiety.
