Often we experience situations that can cause us to feel overwhelmed and sometimes powerless. My approach focuses on how to empower you to create the change you would like to see in your life.
I utilize a holistic approach to therapy. I focus on the integration of effective therapeutic modalities in order to develop an individualized treatment that best fits your needs. I create a welcoming and warm environment so you can feel comfortable to address and process tough issues and experiences.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a certification in perinatal mental health. I am also trained in EMDR. I am available to work with adults, children, adolescents, and couples.
