I have 20+ years experience helping adults with Bipolar, Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Life transitions, Divorce, Relationships, PTSD, Trauma, Adult ADHD/ADD, LGBTQ community, clients & family, Stress, Decluttering, Hoarding, Self esteem, Co-dependency, Addiction: Food, Gambling, Shopping, Internet. I have a passion for working with individuals that want to reduce clutter in their home as it is highly correlated with depression, anxiety and grief. I also enjoy working with other Therapists or helping professions.

I am trained in Brainspotting (BSP). “Where you look, affects how you feel.” (David Grand). BSP can help anyone immediately address issues that talk therapy may not. It is a method of utilizing our mind and body’s natural self healing ability. My focus is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychoanalytic, Solution focused to help you reach your goals.
