As humans, it is natural to experience periods of intense difficulty, particularly when feeling overwhelmed by competing demands or relationship patterns that are no longer effective. I have deep experience utilizing ACT, DBT, Trauma-Informed Care, and Mindfulness-Based treatments for anxiety, trauma recovery and depression. In addition, I train and supervise other therapists in these specialties. I am also trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and in EMDR, and I am Certified in Integrative Medicine and Nutrition for Trauma Treatment.
