Change Coaching is a method incorporating hypnosis and conversational techniques for powerful, neuroscience-based transformation of your stuck patterns. We play and have fun through the session!

I have completed a two-year internship in Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy. I have also been participating in my own healing hypnotherapy sessions since 2007, both individually and in group settings, so I am comfortable with whatever comes up in your session. I love sharing these powerful modalities that have changed my life and the lives of my clients!
