I can help you to go from just knowing in your head that you're worthy of love and a fulfilling life to truly believing it deep down. That makes a huge difference!
While I use a variety of therapeutic techniques, I specialize in using EMDR to help clients to overcome the effects of trauma, whether "big T" trauma, like being in a car accident, or "little t" trauma, like being bullied. EMDR therapy is more focused than simple talk therapy; while we do talk about what's going on in your life, we don't just chat about it.
I'm looking forward to helping you to let go of the things that are holding you back from leading the life you want. I can help you to envision your life as it can be, then help you to take the steps to make that vision a reality.
