You can be you in a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space and have some help building and navigating your way toward the person you want to be.
The Gray Couch has a primary treatment focus on trauma and grief, elements that are often intertwined, extremely complex, and impact us in ways we least expect. The things we individually find traumatic or find ourselves grieving are not always things that are easy to find support and understanding for without judgment.
Sometimes life gives us more than we know what to do with and it is SO overwhelming. You deserve a space where you can feel understood and have someone help carry that heavy stuff right alongside you in a supportive, understanding way, until you feel ready to tackle it.
