I combine Buddhist psychology with positive psychology to help clients understand how patterns of thinking are creating continued suffering. With a little guidance, thought patterns can shift and allow us to stop reacting to life and begin choosing. I believe that we need to look into the past but not re-traumatize ourselves by reliving those memories. I value the connection between myself and my client as the primary trusting tool as we work toward awareness and safety. This therapeutic alliance is the key to creating a life of peace.
For the last 30 years, I have been working on life transitions, trauma, grief, and relationships. To be honest, this covers all human beings as we navigate our worlds. We are all working on relationships, whether with parents, partners, friends, siblings, or strengthening our relationship with ourselves.

This group is offered in person and through zoom on Mondays from 10:30-11:45! please email to attend. This insight (vipassana) meditation brings mindful body scan, breath work (anapanasati), and loving kindness (metta) meditations together as Zen Master Thich Nat Hanh has been my most influential teacher. All ages welcome, donation based.
