It is my honor to walk alongside individuals, couples, and families working to improve their relationships and communication. I create and hold space for my clients to process events in their lives, gain perspective, insight, and compassion for themselves while they deepen their most important relationships. Perspective is a powerful tool and one of the gifts of therapy. I utilize an eclectic blend of theoretical approaches depending on client's needs and desired outcomes. Co-parenting, divorcing/divorced couples & families, grief, trauma, identity work, and ketamine integration are areas of current clinical interest.
