Authentic Connection and Meditation Group
This group is designed for adults looking for tools for improving connection through practice speaking vulnerably, listening, and increasing self-awareness through meditation. Meetings will include meditation guidance and support, and practice speaking and listening in an emotionally focused way. Meetings will rotate from online to in person.
