You've been able to cope with your anxiety but you've noticed lately that it's getting harder to sit through it while you tell yourself it will pass. It's frustrating, you feel lonely and are starting to feel depressed. I help people with anxiety and depression understand the source. Together we will work through your feelings, make positive changes and develop creative ways to enhance your coping tools. During this process you can gain clarity and deepen your self-awareness. I am a Level 3 IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapist and I will use IFS to support you towards self-empowerment and relief.
I understand the courage it takes to look at & talk about your experiences. As an IFS therapist, I offer regular weekly 50-minute sessions and Intensive sessions. With either format, I will use compassion and will provide a safe place for you to delve into your story. We will collaborate to make sense out of the blocks that hinder you from moving forward.
