I have an intense passion to work with those who are willing to help themselves and want to feel better.
I have been working with a wide variety of individuals and have experience in substance abuse, anger/stress management, enhancing emotional well-being, and communication in relationships. No problem is too big or too small for me.
I use a supportive, empathetic approach with my clients to meet them where they are at. I do not believe there is a one-size-fits all approach for everyone, and I completely tailor my treatment plan and goals based on what will benefit the individual most.
