I enjoy working with clients who are looking to explore past and present relational dynamics, work through past traumas, find inner peace, or strengthen their connection with others. I value the opportunity to guide clients on their path toward self-exploration and I use evidence-based practices to tailor my approach to individual needs.
As a relational therapist, I strive to help my clients connect with their authentic selves to improve self-awareness, mindfulness, and healing. I trust the client's intrinsic knowledge and insight about what is best for them. And I offer guidance to help my clients identify barriers in their life and relationships so they can work toward personal growth.
