Reaching out for counseling does not mean you are crazy! Life is difficult and there is no one person on this planet who hasn't had difficult times. I don't believe that any one model of therapy works perfectly for every client. That would be like trying to place the same stereotype to a specific gender, race, or otherwise, when that is simply unfair. I have 14 plus years of experience working with various issues. I see clients ages 18 and up.
