Maybe you’re a person that just wants to explore who you are. I‘m here to help support you as you begin to explore who you are as your true, authentic self.
I am a queer, trauma-informed therapist, who is LGBTQIA+-affirming. I help clients with identity formation (gender identity, sexuality) and trauma processing, and I do this by using an integrative therapy framework. This means I use multiple different therapeutic frameworks and fuse them together to meet your needs in a flexible way.
You deserve a therapist who hears you and sees you for who you really are! I have lived experience in not being seen or heard. I've also been where you are right now. Because queer folks encounter similar experiences living in our heteronormative society, I run a virtual weekly process group where folks can gather in community, feel supported, learn about themselves and how they relate to others, identify and delve into their roles in their family systems growing up, and work through relational conflict. There is no topic off limits. This group is open to adults, 18+, who are cisgender (meaning their sex assigned at birth) and queer. This group is ongoing with open dates to be announced...next opening is summer 2024. Contact me for more information.
