I am currently accepting new clients for in person and online sessions. I am here to meet with you no matter where you are at in life. My priority is for you to be comfortable, accepted, heard and understood. I believe you have everything within you that you need to live your best life. Considering your strengths, values, identities and goals is very important to me. Whether you are feeling depressed, hopeless, anxious, having trouble with a relationship, working on a life change or just need someone to process and contemplate with, I am here.
I am person-centered and strengths-based with my therapeutic approach. I work largely with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, which focuses on thoughts, behaviors and emotions, as well has values, strengths and goals. I also incorporate mindfulness based approaches to many therapeutic sessions.
