At some point in our lives, many of us look around and realize we no longer like the life we've built - or maybe even who we've become while living it. Therapy creates change by examining the experiences and beliefs that contribute to feeling stuck and make it harder to hear our own, often elusive, inner knowing. I love working with clients to address the issues holding them back so they can create a life and self that excites them again.
As a sex therapist, I specialize in issues of sexual health including concerns around desire, functioning, trauma, out-of-control sexual behavior, infidelity, and LGBTQ+ and non-traditional relationships. I also work with most mental health issues including depression, anxiety, OCD, and trauma - and with folks just trying to get unstuck.
