Welcome! I work with families and individuals that are stuck and ready for change. Therapy is a great place to open up, be understood, and pursue change. I've been in the mental health field most of my adult life and value the process every day. It includes honest feedback, improved self-awareness, an inventory of the parts of our life that we want to keep and those that we will adjust. If you're ready to work through the challenges, I'd like to help!
You can count on me to be down-to-earth yet direct. I bring my analytical nature as well as my (hard-earned) emotional awareness into the therapeutic process. We'll share moments of brutal honesty and also celebrate successes. Therapy is a meaningful conversation within the bounds of a safe and supportive space.
