I specialize in helping people who are working to reach, and remain, in recovery from mental health and substance use related disorders. This includes trauma, mood and personality disorders, general and life event-related anxiety and depression issues, and co-occurring disorders.
I am a strengths-based & solution-focused practitioner. I utilize evidence-based cognitive & dialectical behavioral therapies, establishing collaborative goals with client voice allowing for visible progress in our work together. I understand that clients are the experts of their lives, & that my job is to hold space as a witness to my clients’ journeys.
