I was broadly trained in a variety of treatment modalities, such as Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and EMDR. I am a certified EFT therapist by ICEEFT. I conduct research and train mental health professionals. I am devoted to providing high quality of care for my clients.
