I specialize in helping individuals and couples who have experienced trauma or distressing life events. My approach integrates both mind, body, nutrition, movement, God and building healthy relationships are at the core of what I do. I typically work with highly motivated people who want to feel better and change their life today.
I know how difficult it can be to contact a therapist. I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation so we can get to know each other and see if this is a good fit.
